We offer a large selection of youth development staff trainings for teachers, group leaders, site managers and teaching artists. We lead individual trainings as well as multi-day institutes. After School and Summer Program Hiring

We will ensure your program hires,  onboards and trains the right program staff. Site Director Coaching

We provide supervisors with materials and coaching for how to implement effective tools at their sites. Our coaching system gives supervisors practical strategies to improve program quality, improve staff performance, and manage difficult behavior in children.
